Description: Massage Studio for Rent:The studio is on the second floor of 421 S. Yellowstone inside of the Revelations Salons & Spa (a few blocks from E/W). You have access to showers, a whirlpool (even a tanning bed if you're interested). Your studio has a sink and cabinets. You're able to paint/decorate however you choose. Everyone in the building owns their own business. It is combination of: hair stylists, nail techs, estheticians, and an tattoo artist. There is one other massage therapist in the building, a graduate of East West. The other studio/salon owners refer clients and gift certifcate sales are great.
Rent is $325 and the lease goes until August 31, 2009. I am looking for someone to take over the lease by November 1 (October works as well). The place has been great for me, I just want to be closer to my home. I'll miss it.
